Welcome to Jizo Rocks Adoption Policy

Payment
Jizo Rocks accepts payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Shipping

All orders will ship within 3-10 business days from the date of receiving your adoption fees. All packages will be sent via USPS. Please notify us if you need it in a more timely fashion. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

All orders are sent via priority mail unless noted otherwise. I try to use flat rate priority shipping boxes that includes $50 insurance with all orders accept art prints, notecards and keychain, and jewelry items – unless larger quantities are purchased. I’ve found this is the most efficient and affordable way to ship in the USA.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through PayPal, please contact us prior to payment with the current address. If the Etsy and PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, Jizo Rocks will inadvertently send your Jizos to the address provided by Pay Pal. So please make sure your Jizos get to you safely by giving your updated address… thanks!

Refunds and Exchanges

We have sent nearly 10K Jizos out into the world to be found, adopted, and shared. We have had only positive and glowing reviews and feel confident you’ll love your items too, for this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We will however work with you to make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you're purchasing a Jizo Rocks item as a gift, special packaging, and  a handwritten note can be included at no extra cost. Please use the "contact the seller" link at the bottom of the page to inform us of the occasion, shipping address, and personal message to be included in the package.

PLEASE NOTE: 

There are items in our Jizo Adoption Shop that are very small and none of our merchandise is meant as a toy and small children should never be allowed to “play” with them.
